Small Oil Pressing Line
Small oil pressing line is an automatic machine which is easier to
use for the composition of oil seeds and oil making process. The pressing line
only requires a small investment and minimum piece of land, but it is necessary
for the investor to sustain the functionality of equipment for completing the production
process. As per my observation, the pressing line can process some oilseeds
such as vegetable oil, peanut, cotton seeds, corn seeds, and sesame.
Working of Machinery

workers to observe the production and for maintaining the equipment. As
compared to other ordinary oil machines, pressing line requires only 2-3 people

There are two modes through which the machine
operates, the first one is the mode of
cold oil, whereas; the second one operates the hot oil press. In the first
mode, the seed is directly fed without
passing through the preheating process. Then again fed into the second mode of
the hot press where oil seeds undergo
preheating. The seed yield is compromised in the mode of hot press, so the
process of preheating may burst the seed
cells which then builds the proper oil yield. We can either set another kind of machine if it is the demand for
the commercial sector.

seed roaster, oil filter press machine, and screw elevator.
Cleaning Sieve
